I just finished two presentations and a radio interview in Melbourne, Australia. I presented on managing "High Conflict Behaviours" and on "New Ways for Families" on our method of teaching separating and divorcing parents skills before mediation - to help them be more successful in mediation. My New Ways talk to about 300 people followed a session on neuroscience which emphasized the need to help people stay calm in mediation to be successful and to write some before the mediation to focus their thinking.

I believe our New Ways methods truly help in this goal and that our Workbooks help them focus on staying calm and making proposals.

Melbourne has been the world's top most livable city and I look forward to coming back for more next year! _____________________________________
