Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq. - Consultations & TrainingWilliam A. "Bill" Eddy is an attorney, therapist and mediator and the President of the High Conflict Institute. He provides consultations and training about managing high-conflict personalities to professionals, including attorneys, judges, mediators, mental health professionals and human resource professionals. He has presented in over 25 of the US States, Canada, Australia, France and Sweden.
Mr. Eddy is the author of several books, including Its All Your Fault!: 12 Tips for Managing People Who Blame Others for Everything and High Conflict People in Legal Disputes. He is the developer of the “New Ways for Families” program in use in several family court systems, the C.A.R.S. Method for conflict resolution with high conflict individuals in the workplace or anywhere (explained in the book It’s All YOUR Fault!), and the co-developer of the new “HCI Pattern Analysis” software service for presenting high-conflict parenting behavior in divorce settlement and litigation.
He is on the part-time faculty at the Pepperdine University School of Law and on the part-time faculty of the National Judicial College.
